- More robust SD card initialization sequence. Also displays an error message if no SD card is inserted.
- Fixed compilation crash when declaring local array with excessive sizes (issue 108).
- Stack overflow message added when declaring local arrays without sufficient stack space.
- Fixed empty cut/copy problem in TextEd (issue 86).
