Micro-8 MIDI Player v0.1

A very small MIDI File (.MID) player, Supports Standard MIDI File Type 0, single track playback
Handles:  Note On - Note Off - Program Change - Control Change - Pitch Bend - Channel Pressure - Polyphonic Key Pressure

No SysEx support, handles only set tempo & end of track meta events.

Includes some midi files especially composed for MT32.




Todo :
- Improved timing by compensating UART transmission latency.
- Small MIDI files need to be loaded into RAM instead of being streamed from SD.
- Type 1 compatibility
